Vibecheck Cards is built and operated by Kibar Digital Pte Ltd (Singapore). We collect account and profile information needed to provide profile sharing, card tap history, and address book features.

We store authentication details securely and only use activity data to support product features. We do not sell personal information.

Kibar Digital Pte Ltd acts as the service operator for Vibecheck Cards and handles personal data in line with applicable privacy obligations.

Sharing contact details after a card tap

Visitors can optionally submit their name, company or organisation, email or phone number after opening a card, without creating an account. We require consent and at least an email or phone number. The receiving account can view these details in its private dashboard and use them for the follow-up you requested. Contact details are self-reported and are not automatically published or enrolled in marketing.

We store the submitted details, receiving account, card reference, submission time and consent time to deliver this feature. Records remain until deleted by the receiving account or through a deletion request to support@vibecheck.cards; they are also removed when the linked account, profile or card is deleted. To request removal, contact us with the receiving profile and the details you submitted. Backup copies may remain until the applicable backup rotation completes.
